Command Prompt for Windows

yield

void yield(void);

Allows other tasks that are running to multitask.

Returns

There is no return value.

Comments

Function yield() should be called when a long period of time elapses without calling any other SDK functions.

Example

#include "woio.h"

int main(void)
{
    printf("press ^C to quit: \n");

    while (1)
	    yield(); /* allow other tasks to multitask */
}
